-Implement schedule control systems and progress measurement tools, review contractor schedules, and ensure performance reflects project reality. -Create conceptual and detailed schedules with clear assumptions, productivity norms, constraints, and supporting documentation. -Align schedule with cost and risk data, supporting accurate forecasting, reporting, and decision-making. -Prepare monthly schedule reports and dashboards, tracking trends, float erosion, and progress against key milestones. -Develop and maintain project schedules on P6 covering engineering, procurement, construction, CQV, and operational readiness, ensuring all activities are fully integrated. -Facilitate planning sessions across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to align milestones and resolve conflicts. -Lead schedule risk analysis (SRA), define contingencies, identify critical risks, and recommend recovery or acceleration plans. -Support training and continuous improvement in planning and scheduling best practices across teams.
