Tasks

-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives. -Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on survey findings. -Apply valuation techniques to determine land and property values, including rental income. -Support the Site Optimisation Manager and wider team in delivering valuation projects and strategic property initiatives. -Review surplus land assets to identify opportunities for optimisation and disposal. -Conduct site surveys, inspections, and measurements to support accurate valuations.

What You Bring

-Proven experience in land surveying, valuation, and property assessment. -Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. -RICS Chartered Surveyor status or actively working towards accreditation (APC pathway).
