Tasks

-Maintaining a spotless bar and dining area -Responsible Service of Alcohol certification  (RSA) (Advantageous) -Assisting with food preparation when needed -Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for all guests in the Defence Base site. -Delivering professional bar service every shift -Follow RSA standards and food safety procedures -Work closely with supervisors and chefs -Restocking and managing bar supplies

What You Bring

-Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check #BST2026 -Current Australian drivers licence. (Advantageous) -Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards. -Uniform/PPE supplied -Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork. -Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate (training provided if needed). -Minimum 1 year of experience in bar or hospitality setting.
