Track materials, manage tools, and submit daily reports Interpret one-lines and electrical drawings Coordinate with PMs, superintendents, and other trades Enforce safety protocols and mentor team members Lead and manage field crews on solar job sites Oversee electrical work and ensure NEC/code compliance

What You Bring

C-10 License is a strong plus Tech-savvy with tablets/software for job tracking Experience in commercial or utility-scale solar preferred OSHA 30 is a plus Deep understanding of NEC and safety practices 5+ years of electrical experience (3+ in a lead/foreman role) Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Staten Solar is expanding, and we’re looking for a seasoned Lead Electrician / Electrical Foreman to help us power the future.
