Creating working drawings, GFCs, and BOQs in coordination with jujnior designers
Conducting site visits and liaising with contractors and vendors.
Concept development and design for high-end residential,commercial and interior projects.
Preparing detailed drawings, 3D models, and client presentations.
Working closely with clients and the internal team to ensure design integrity and execution.

Ability to work in a fast-paced studio with a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop,, and Microsoft Office.
Note: This position is in the building/architecture industry – not software or IT. Applicants from a tech background (software/data architects) will not be considered.
Strong design sensibility and a good eye for detail.
We are looking for a Design Architect with 1–3 years of experience in the architecture and interior design industry to join our growing studio. If you are passionate about creating thoughtful, contextual, and contemporary spaces — we’d love to hear from you.
B.Arch degree from a recognized university.
1–3 years of professional experience in an architectural/interior design firm.
