Oversee daily project timelines, routing work, and field resources for broadband construction.

Tasks
-Issue materials to field crews as necessary -Utilizes appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) -Route work daily to field crews based on locates and due dates -Participates in safety meetings and initiatives -Maintain materials inventory and proper record keeping -Maintains compliance with industry regulations -Create measurable standards of individual and team performance to ensure maintenance of established goals -Ensure safe work practices are implemented and followed across all team members -Manage damage claim process; communicate with customer/homeowner/crews, complete damage claim investigations, ensure proper damage claim resolution and maintain damage claim records -Completes site surveys; verifying paths, locates and equipment needed -Safely navigates varied terrain while managing equipment and tools efficiently? -Maintains required safety certifications -Follows proper safety protocols for handling hazardous materials -Train, coach and lead new and existing team members -Adheres to all OSHA safety regulations and guidelines -Oversee the day to day & overall project timelines -Safely operates around mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and power infrastructure -Work within required timelines to ensure deadlines are met, maintain strict timelines on individual job completions -Deliver high-quality workmanship in accordance to project specifications -Manage resources in the field to meet individual job complications -Complete material orders as needed

What You Bring
-Ability to work in an outdoor environment in all seasons and weather conditions -Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving -Ability to complete work outdoors, in tight spaces, and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time -Functions effectively in environments with moderate to high noise levels -Demonstrates proficiency with industry-specific tools and equipment -Willingness to work in a wide variety of conditions including indoors, outdoors, ladders/heights, small spaces, assorted weather conditions, etc. -Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen) -3+ years of industry experience with a proven track record as a project and people leader required -*Safety accommodations may be considered based on demonstrated experience in similar roles* -Complies with ladder safety requirements (275-pound maximum weight limit) -Ability to safely operate a vehicle while pulling a trailer -Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds as needed -Ability to provide mentoring and direction to assigned teams and/or departments ? -Overnight travel as required for this position -Ability to work outside of business hours when needed including overtime, holidays, evenings and weekends -Ability to carry, climb, operate, and work upon an extension ladder (approximately 28 feet high and 75 points)
