Tasks

-Stay informed of industry news, new product offers, competitive activities and other developments. -Attend regular training, business or community meetings or other events as may be required. -Perform tasks including measuring and assessing cabinet conditions. -Set your own schedule - full or part time available. -Regularly communicate with the franchise owner and follow instructions & suggestions given. -Foster outside lead generation, apart from the franchise activities. -Conduct compelling in-home presentations - by effectively following the KTU proven sales process (TRAINING PROVIDED). -Maintain frequent communications with prospects and customers and provide prompt response to any issues. -Utilize KTU data and CRM network for sales & marketing activities. -Obtain sales goals & meet sales objectives. -Maintain franchise marketing channels - social networking, referral, in-person, community activities, home-shows, print & direct mail. -Represent the KTU brand positively & conduct activities professionally. -Diligently manage the lead flow process.
