Tasks

-Supporting IKEA Co-workers on the phone -To supervise the MITIE/IKEA ISOC team -Report and present to the Account manager and Client -Providing a high level of customer service to our client -Using CCTV to identify criminal behaviour happening with IKEA Units -Input of security and crime incident data into a central database
