Tasks

-Tail Spend Optimization: Apply 80/20 analysis and volume aggregation to rationalize parts and reduce supplier base complexity. -Fact Pack Development: Build supplier profiles and negotiation packages to support strategic decisions and site alignment. -Spend Analysis & Categorization: Analyze supplier spend by part type, ledger, and division; attribute and clean data for actionable insights. -SCM KPI Delivery: Monitor and improve KPIs such as cost-out, DPO, working capital improvement, and resiliency targets. -Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with category managers, engineering, and plant teams to align sourcing decisions with business priorities. -Digital Tools & Reporting: Leverage analytics platforms and dashboards to track supplier performance and project outcomes." -Supplier Engagement: Establish direct connect with suppliers to drive performance, compliance, and engage/drive cost-out initiatives. -Strategy Execution: Implement strategies for supplier consolidation, dual sourcing, exit/resourcing dec, and RFQ execution in alignment with category managers
