The Role
Overview
Lead site development projects from concept to completion for diverse clients.

Tasks
-Manage and oversee all phases of site development and civil engineering projects, including planning, design, permitting, and construction assistance. -Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports related to grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and site layout. -Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules while ensuring adherence to client expectations and technical standards. -Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to deliver high-quality project outcomes. -Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle. -Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, attending client meetings, and identifying new project opportunities. -Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations and permitting processes.

What You Bring
-Proven track record managing land development, commercial, industrial, or municipal projects. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. -Strong technical knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, roadway design, and utility systems. -Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and client relationships simultaneously. -Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. -Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin or Illinois, or ability to obtain within 6 months. -5+ years of progressive experience in civil/site development engineering, including project management responsibilities. -Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.
