The Role
Overview
Maintain and repair drainage systems using high‑pressure jetting while providing customer service

Tasks
-Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibility towards them -Liaising with the client regarding progress and any updates. -Delivering good customer service. -Clean, clear and maintain drainage systems. -To comply with health and safety responsibilities i.e. PPE / safe site set ups protecting Lanes Group employees, the public and other road users. -Ensure vehicle stock is full and replenished. -To conduct thorough inspections of tools, equipment and plant before/after use. -Record each job report correctly on the specialist equipment provided. -Report any defects or malfunctions in regards to training. -Dynamically risk assess site access & working conditions depending on specific circumstances on arrival -Provide support to your colleagues. -Carry out risk assessments and have a mature approach to risk perception. -Run diagnostics and repairs on drains -Travelling to residential sites via HGV in a two person team, around the region powering a high-pressure water jet for restoration. -Maintaining good H&S practise while carrying out works.
