-lead by example, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and quality procedures -monitor and drive team processes and rectify any issues -support the warehouse supervisor to lead, manage and coach the operations team -Deliver work that matters. We value what you do. -assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles using forklifts and cranes

What You Bring

-prior experience operating forklifts and cranes highly regarded -high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment -demonstrate active leadership in the warehouse by assigning work, following up and providing feedback to the team -Experience connection and care.
