  • Maintain data accuracy within the ERP/MRP system and provide key performance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • Requires frequent interaction with production, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor, JobBOSS, etc.).
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • APICS/CPIM certification is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Acumatica
  • 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Schedule adherence (% on-time production completion)
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Accuracy of forecast vs. actual production
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
