Tasks

-Coordinates rental projects including Processing rental quotations, reservations and contracts, delivery and equipment or labor logistics -Receives customer orders and serves as the customer contact point -Generates a referral network to assist in increasing the client base -Distributes promotional literature to customers and assists with sales and marketing initiatives to increase market share -This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines -Maintains records of sales or other business transactions -Formulates bids on new and existing jobs and projects -Supports local branch operations in equipment service coordination -Aids in implementing, sustaining, and developing quality improvement processes that focus on safety, financials, operations, and customer service -Establishes new rental and sales accounts as needed. -Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards -Coordinates internal and external delivery trucks and manages customer expectations regarding delivery

-First-class organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills, deadline oriented -Requires regular and punctual employee attendance -Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations -The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences -Frequently works at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions -Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness -Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Rental Man (Wynne) knowledge strongly preferred. -This job is generally performed in a retail and office environment; exposure to computer screens; exposure to noise, dust, grease, fumes, gases, heat, cold, and inclement weather conditions -Understands the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making -Valid driver’s license -Exceptional attention to detail -Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division quickly and accurately -Demonstrated knowledge of the specialty rental industry -Minimum of three years’ of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required. five years’ or more of preferred -Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems -Understands written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents, and communicates effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience -High school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred -Knowledge of applicable accounting principles, budget preparation, and business acumen -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization -This role frequently communicates with others, must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations -Up to 10% of travel can be expected -This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionally, occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, etc.
