Tasks

-Keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, apartment refurbishing, inspections and inventories -Train assistant maintenance & grounds personnel -Maintain pool, hot tub, and pool area -Start-up and shut down of sprinkling system -Schedule and manage maintenance priorities -Oversee proper maintenance of landscaping including ensuring: -Start-up and shut down of pool and pool area -Be aware and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company policies and procedures at all times. -Maintain the upkeep and repair of the property and grounds -Perform work order requests promptly according to company procedure -Responsible for all maintenance improvement projects -Coordinate the maintenance work with the maintenance staff -Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy thoroughly and efficiently -Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies, tool and equipment -Periodically inspect all units, buildings, and common areas, performing repairs and janitorial duties as needed
