Staff Accountant

Hybrid remote staff accountant handling month‑end, budgets, audits, and internal controls.

Tasks

-Assist with requests/documentation related to external and internal audits. -Assist on completing budgets and reforecasts for Callanan Industries, Inc. -Reconcile various balance sheet accounts monthly to ensure all balances are reconciled and contain appropriate supporting backup. -Work on ad hoc projects as directed. -Ensure internal controls are maintained to safeguard the financial assets of Callanan Industries, Inc. This includes all SOX controls, CRH AMAT and Northeast Division accounting policies and procedures. -Assist with preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports. -Complete necessary journal entries as required.
