Tasks

-Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and report on budget and schedule adherence. -Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of project issues. -Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project outcomes. -Lead and manage federal projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards. -Manage project scoping, proposal development, budgeting, and resource allocation. -Oversee project deliverables and ensure successful project closeout.

-Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. -Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. -Strong proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and other relevant tools. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution; or equivalent professional experience. -Professional Engineering (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) licensure is preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials are a plus. -A minimum of 8 years of project management experience, ideally within the A/E/C consulting environment.
