-Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the financial interests of the organization. -Oversee day-today financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. -Collaborate with business unit leaders to create and manage annual budgets. -Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the goals and objectives of each business unit and support growth and sustainability. -Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports and tax filings. -Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for each entity. -Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. -Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks that may impact the organization's financial stability. -Establish and maintain robust internal controls to prevent fraud, errors, and financial mismanagement. -Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements. -Provide financial guidance and insights to senior management and stakeholders. -Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process. -Lead and execute inventory audit to optimise operational efficiency.
