Tasks
-Build and maintain client relationships and participate in schedule, safety, and quality oversight. -Coordinate contractual requirements, project specifications, and design drawings. -Conduct progress measurement, earned value analysis, schedule updates, and change management reporting. -Prepare project documentation, including meeting minutes, monthly reports, and payment applications. -The employee is designated for field work and attends activities at client sites where they work in construction, process, packaging, manufacturing, research, or other "non-administrative" areas. -Track and report on project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and field conditions. -Collaborate with Project Services on cost management and support safe project execution through coordinated site oversight. -Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, procurement, billing, and cash flow projections. -You will visit construction sites and will be required to take site safety training and adhere to site safety rules. -Oversee contract administration, punch lists, warranty review, and as-built documentation. -Monitor project resources, maintain scopes of work, and communicate expectations across the team.

What You Bring
-This position will have 25% travel, or as required by the assigned project. -Demonstrate significant experience in both terms of industry knowledge. -10+ years of experience in Project Delivery or a related discipline. -Overnight travel or staying in the city of the Client’s location is possible, depending on the assignment. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related discipline, or an equivalent technical degree. -Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, which may include exposure to varying weather. -Must have access to reliable transportation. -Must be able to climb ladders as necessary. -Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds. -Must possess the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as required. -Must have the ability to travel and commute on a daily or routine basis. -Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods.
