The Role
Overview
Maintain grounds, perform custodial tasks, and assist residents with service.

Tasks
-Support the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed -Maintain community grounds, including walkways, parking lots, and common areas -Report any safety concerns or maintenance needs to the appropriate team members -Provide courteous, helpful customer service to residents and guests -Clean outdoor furniture, fixtures, and assigned maintenance areas -Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, blowing, pressure washing, and trash removal

What You Bring
-Previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required -Valid driver's license preferred -Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor in all weather conditions -Must pass a background check and drug screening -Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated -Must be available to work weekends
