The Role

Overview

Supports technical, QC and dimensional verification for structural works on a hospital.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Develops working relationship with a range of internal stakeholders. -Maintains a comprehensive site diary and ensures accurately updated and maintained. -Establishes and maintains secondary control on the project from primary control. -Acts as a TWS (dependant on individual competency) as stipulated in Mace TW procedure. -Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work. -Provides dimensional control for main contractor works. -Collates comprehensive quality records and ensure updated and maintained. -Carries out defined inspections to allow Mace verification of the works. -Provides coaching and guidance to junior members of the team. -Reviews design information and determines if there are sufficient details to construct the works.
