-Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members -High-Tech Commercial HQ – Design and coordination of resilient electrical infrastructure for a global technology firm -Oversee detailed electrical schematics and tender documentation -Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve project goals -Lead the electrical design and specification of building services systems -Manage project delivery from concept through to site completion -Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and project requirements

What You Bring
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-performance electrical design solutions for complex, mission-critical facilities, taking projects from concept through to completion. This role suits an experienced engineer who enjoys leading design teams, liaising directly with clients, and driving innovation in energy efficiency, resilience, and reliability. -Tier III Data Centre Expansion – Medium-voltage and LV systems upgrade for a mission-critical client in Ireland -Experience mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams -Skilled in AutoCAD, Dialux, Amtech, and Revit -Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (Chartered an advantage) -Strong knowledge of ETCI, CIBSE, IEC, BS, IS, and EN standards -Confidential Hyperscale Data Centre Campus – Full electrical design delivery for a 60MW facility in Northern Europe -Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience -10+ years’ experience in electrical design, ideally within data centre or mission-critical projects -Proven ability to lead design packages independently
