Overview

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings.

Tasks

-Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems. -Document work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations. -Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues. -Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment such as motors or fixtures. -Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. -Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using correct equipment to locate the cause of the issue and correct the problem. -Industrial Electrical – Comprehensive design & installations and ongoing electrical maintenance for factories and large facilities. -Work on construction sites to build and install new electrical systems. -Utilize tools such as ammeters, voltmeters, and power tools to troubleshoot electrical issues. -Fasten metal or plastic boxes to walls to house electrical switches or outlets. -Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure efficient project completion. -Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations. -Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.

What You Bring

-Traffic Control & Area Lighting – Traffic signals, street/parking lot lighting, ballpark lighting, and advanced LED systems. -Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role within the electrical field. -Strong knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems. -Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. -Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints. -Reliable Transportation to get to job sites here in TN. -Experience working on construction sites is preferred. -Familiarity with using ammeters, voltmeters, and other electrical testing equipment. -AT least 3 – 5 years of electrical experience -Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
