Tasks

-Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements, including RERA and environmental clearances. -Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and financial targets, identifying and mitigating deviations. -Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership on project health, risks, and opportunities. -To bring complete assurance for achievement of P&L of project in domain w.r.t. time, cost & quality by way of close oversight, coordination among various functions and resolution of bottlenecks. -Ensure robust risk management and quality control mechanisms across projects. -Monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring seamless customer processes from booking to possession.
