Tasks

Reporting directly to the Senior Technical Manager / Technical Director, this role will focus on the delivery and coordination of residential projects, ensuring that designs are practical, compliant and aligned with the company’s vision. Whilst no drawing work will be required, the successful candidate will play a key role in influencing and managing the design process. -Design management and coordination of standard house types. -Attending meetings with external stakeholders and carrying out site visits as required. -Liaising with Building Control and ensuring compliance across all projects. -Overseeing and managing working drawings from concept through to completion. -Coordinating and managing external consultants to ensure project deadlines are met. -Mentoring junior members of staff. -Progressing planning applications and consents through construction drawings, ensuring readiness for build on site. -Advising on Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and current Building Regulations.
