Tasks

-Manages Program budgets, procurement strategies and cashflow. -Working closely with the client to develop the program's vision and delivery strategy. -Mentor and lead employees fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. -Provide technical expertise and guidance through all stages of the projects, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies related to suspension bridges. -Responsible for the overall delivery and execution of the program including safety, quality, and Parsons staff performance. -Proactive leadership and management of key senior stakeholders and their expectations. -Developing implementation plans, risk management plans, quality plans, delivery partner plans, contract templates and overall program goals.
