Tasks

Ensure observability and performance optimization through metrics, logging, and tracing. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture) to deliver high-quality releases on time. Build and optimize data-intensive workflows integrated with Kafka, Redis, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and REST APIs. Drive best practices in code quality, security, CI/CD automation, and performance tuning. • Implement secure API design, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and authorization (RBAC/ABAC) mechanisms. Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and resilient backend microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and Go. Ensure compliance with secure coding practices, vulnerability management, and data protection guidelines. Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in Kubernetes using Docker, Helm, and modern DevOps practices. Stay curious and continuously explore new technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to our stack. Design and monitor API traffic flow from internet to backend microservices via ingress, API gateway, and service mesh. Lead technical discussions, review code, and mentor engineers within the team. Participate in architecture design discussions for new features, workflows, and large-scale platform evolution.

What You Bring

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems and microservices. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java and Golang, a deep understanding of distributed systems, and a willingness to explore and adopt new technologies. Frameworks: Spring Boot 3.x, Gin/Fiber Freedom to explore and adopt modern technologies. Experience: 5 – 9 years Knowledge of Reactive Programming Experience with Kafka (or other message brokers) for large-scale asynchronous processing. Tech Stack You’ll Work With Strong understanding of authentication/authorization frameworks and service-to service security. Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Golang (must have hands-on experience in both). Experience in high-volume data pipelines or telecom/automation platforms. 5–9 years of strong backend engineering experience. Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-collaboration abilities. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservice scaling patterns. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments in production. Languages: Java 21+, Golang 1.23+ Knowledge of secure coding standards, TLS/mTLS communication, and secrets management (Vault, K8s Secrets). Experience with Temporal, Camunda, or workflow orchestration engines. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems. Familiarity with API gateways, ingress controllers, and Kubernetes network policies. Strong debugging, profiling, and performance-tuning skills. Strong in SQL and database schema design (MySQL/PostgreSQL); exposure to NoSQL is a plus. Experience with Redis, caching strategies, and concurrency optimization. Working knowledge of distributed tracing (Jaeger, OpenTelemetry) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
