- Contribute as an embedded member of the sprint team with assigned stories
- Track progress, open defects, and communicate burndowns status during the SDLC
- Develop, modify, and execute software test plans for new feature development
- Drive quality standards and procedures into the process from the start of development
- Leverage JIRA and Zephyr Scale to document test coverage
- Lead in the design and execution of test plan development
- Setup physical environments to verify new technologies, products, and defects
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to write test scenarios based on requirements

- Ability to setup and deploy either Windows or Linux environments
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Wireshark knowledge for investigation monitoring
- Experience with troubleshooting best practices and procedures
- Time management and estimation skills as this role will require independent working.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with access control or video surveillance systems
- Experience with writing, developing, and executing a test strategy
- Around 3+ years of experience as a software test engineer
