The Role

Overview

Administer and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for finance and operations.

Tasks

-Gather and analyze business requirements to recommend effective solutions -Administer and maintain user permissions and security roles. -Oversee and maintain integrations with key operational systems. -Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization. -Troubleshoot and resolve system issues within an established SLA -Translate business objectives and critical success factors into functional documents. -Manage, test, and document system configurations and workflows. -Provide responsive field support and resolve escalated support requests. -Document system configurations, changes, and processes -Maintain user access, system configurations, and integrations -Coordinate and fulfill reporting requests using Financial Reporter. -Support configuration, maintenance, data migration, and training in a multi-entity environment. -Evaluate and implement system enhancements and integrations -Oversee the implementation of major and minor system updates. -Evaluate system requests and collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and IT teams to determine viable solutions. -Communicate project status and system updates to stakeholders -Leading cross-functional projects and initiatives -Onboard new acquisitions and providing process walk for new business users

What You Bring

-Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures -Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification or equivalent a plus. -Basic proficiency with Financial Reporter a plus. -Familiarity with security roles in Microsoft Dynamics. -Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support -Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication -Adaptable and flexible in dynamic, fast-paced settings -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines -Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience and/or education. -Highly capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment -Minimum 5 years of experience as system administrator or senior consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
