Tasks

-Present insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement. -Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and strategic impact. -Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and monitoring digital transformation and automation initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget and define Work plan, Scope, Schedule, Efforts, Budget. -Engage with industry peers to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices. -Partner with functional leaders to understand pain points and co-create digital solutions. -Build coalitions across departments to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. -Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (generative AI, Agentic AI, etc.) to enhance operations. -Use dashboards and analytics tools to track progress and identify bottlenecks. -Communicate progress, risks, and wins to executive leadership and key stakeholders. -Monitor project risks, dependencies, and milestones, ensuring timely escalation when needed. -Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and external forums to stay informed on emerging technologies and digital innovation trends. -Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of digital tools and practices -Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance standards are upheld in all implementations. -Oversee system integrations and ensure interoperability across platforms. -Collaborate with external consultants for specialized projects and expertise. -Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and process optimization. -Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with governance and compliance standards. -Benchmark industry trends and incorporate best practices into transformation planning. -Manage relationships with technology providers and external service providers. -Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for digital tools and services. -Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure impact and extract learnings. -Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives, while adopting new technologies, including automation, digital orchestration, AI, machine learning, and chatbots. -Conduct digital maturity assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement. -Facilitate workshops and design sprints to align teams around transformation goals. -Define success metrics and KPIs for transformation initiative.

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on innovation and operational efficiency. -10+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or innovation roles. -Project Management certification is a strong advantage -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field. -Proven track record of delivering cross-functional transformation projects.
