Overview

Data analyst managing construction project data, reporting & governance across APAC/EMEA.

Tasks

-Review and assess project documentation to identify key issues and areas requiring follow-up. -Evaluate project requirements, diagnose problems, and develop practical solutions. Oversee project schedules, flag potential risks, and collaborate with teams to develop mitigation plans. -Validate data for compliance / completeness and escalate deficiencies or inconsistencies for corrective action -Build strong knowledge of project management methodologies to offer guidance and ensure compliance with internal standards. -Analyze and interpret projects data across multiple regions. Identify trends, patterns, variances and correlations in project data to provide meaningful insights -Prepare and deliver Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior leadership to support strategic data informed decision-making. -Coordinate and lead meetings with stakeholders, including agenda setting, note-taking, and documenting action items and decisions. -Propose optimization of existing reporting processes and develop new systems as needed -Collaborate with cross functional teams as required -Be aware of and propose new technologies and techniques to evolve reporting quality, timeliness and accuracy -Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and governance metrics for PM vendor partners. -Collect, validate, and organize data from approved sources. Clean and structure data as required for analysis

What You Bring

-Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment -Ability to collaborate with individuals from varied backgrounds and locations, to facilitate effective cross-cultural communication across Asia -Proficiency with other industry standard tools for the capture, analysis and visualization of data (eg: SQL, Power BI, Tableau etc.) is desirable -Experience with PMO governance, reporting frameworks, and stakeholder engagement. -Be familiar with Client governance processes and serve as a key point of contact for project governance and planning support. -Detail orientated to accurately handle data, maintain document consistency, and ensuring overall accuracy of tasks. -Experience in PMO, project management and data analytics, preferably in international or cross-regional contexts -Collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments and locations -PMP or similar recognized project management qualification would be advantageous -Critical thinker who can identify patterns and anomalies in data -Strong time management and ability to multitask - prioritizing tasks, manage deadlines for reporting, and handle multiple assignments concurrently. -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiar with PowerPoint and MS Project. -Minimum 5 years’ experience -Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to senior leaders. -Bachelor’s degree in business, data Analytics, project management, or a related field.
