-Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, financial targets, and client expectations. -Drive innovation in technical due diligence and sustainability advisory services. -Influence ERM’s strategic direction and shape the future of sustainable infrastructure investment. -Mentor and develop the next generation of ERM leaders. -Originate and lead high-profile M&A advisory assignments for major infrastructure and energy deals. -Shape and lead advisory assignments, ensuring exceptional quality and client value. -Collaborate with ERM Partners globally to deliver integrated solutions and thought leadership. -Drive commercial strategies to achieve significant revenue growth. -Build ERM’s position as a leading transaction and sustainability advisor for the finance sector and infrastructure investors. -Recruit, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams to support ERM’s growth. -Develop and expand strategic relationships with infrastructure investors and financial sector clients. -Originate and secure M&A advisory opportunities, positioning ERM as a trusted partner for technical and sustainability due diligence. -Influence strategic decisions that shape ERM’s growth trajectory and global reputation.

What You Bring
-15+ years of progressive experience in consulting or the energy/infrastructure sectors. -Proven track record in technical due diligence and M&A advisory for infrastructure investors. -Established relationships with private equity and infrastructure investor clients. -Strong business development skills and ability to deliver multi-million-dollar annual sales. -Recognized technical authority and marketplace reputation. -Experience leading large, complex advisory assignments and multi-disciplinary teams. -Additional language skills are a plus. -Innovative mindset with ability to influence change and deliver creative solutions. -Deep understanding of global energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and low-carbon transition strategies. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business operations, sustainability, or related field.
