Operate Symbotic CNC router and related equipment to produce high-quality parts.

Tasks

-Monitor tool inventory and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed. -Operate all equipment safely, following established safety protocols. -Conduct quality checks on products to ensure adherence to specifications and make necessary adjustments during production. -Maintain accurate data reporting of materials used and products produced. -Band and pack finished products efficiently and securely. -Read and follow the production schedule and job traveler to ensure accurate production sequencing. -Maintain housekeeping and 6S standards in the Symbotic Router work cell. -Set up and operate the Symbotic Router to manufacture parts according to job specifications. -Operate jib cranes, table saws, lift tables, and conveyors as needed for material handling and production.

-High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred. -Strong attention to detail to keep accurate records of materials used and product output. -Ability to follow written instructions and maintain legible handwriting. -Safety-first mindset – must always prioritize safety while operating equipment. -Proficiency in using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers. -Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. -Minimum of 5–7 years of manufacturing experience.
