Assistant Design Project Manager - Operations

Assist design project management for high-rise, residential, commercial projects in Dubai

Tasks

-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget -Develop a detailed project plan to track progress -Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors -Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant parties and ensuring technical feasibility -Perform risk management to minimize project risks -Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs -Assist in managing a significant number of super high-rise towers, residential and commercial buildings, hospitality and private luxury homes for various Clients. -Ensure resource availability and allocation -Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques -Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects -Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation -As the main point of contact with Clients, the responsibilities revolved around chairing meetings with all stakeholders and ensuring proper communication between all parties involved; Contracts and deliverables management, identifying effective procurement strategy for the project, programme and design management, keeping the NOC tracker up to date, conducting VE exercises and exploring creative solutions to achieve client targets in terms of delivery dates and budgets. -Report and escalate to management as needed -Will assist in leading the design operations of multiple projects while overseeing interaction and interface between multiple design stakeholders by being the project safe keeper.

What You Bring

DEWA, Civil Defense, Trakhees, EHS, DDA, DTCM, Taawun .... etc.). -Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills -Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office -Preferably Arabic speaker -Should have technical background and experience in dealing with Dubai authorities (DM, -Civil Engineer or bachelor's degree in architecture. -Preperably Univesity : American University of Dubai or Sharjah -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -JUNIOR LEVEL - With 2 years' experience of working within an engineering consultancy in UAE -Immediately Available -Excellent Client-facing and internal communication skills
