Tasks

The Senior QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all quality management activities within the organization comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards and the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS). This role involves conducting internal and external audits, coordinating with project teams, and driving continuous improvement across all quality processes. The position acts as a key liaison between management, auditors, and project personnel to maintain full compliance and certification integrity. -Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in quality management processes and documentation. -Liaise with department heads, project teams, and management to ensure audit findings, corrective actions, and continuous improvement measures are effectively communicated and implemented. -Support departments in understanding and applying IMS and quality requirements. -Prepare and present monthly quality performance reports and KPIs. -Monitor the implementation and performance of the Integrated Management System within the organization and ensure compliance with ISO standards. -Plan, schedule, and conduct internal, external, and third-party audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and IMS requirements. -Conduct quality inspections at project sites, stores, and offices; review related documents and verify adherence to procedures. -Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures, project documentation, and company standards through systematic examination of records, reports, and practices. -Coordinate with certification bodies and clients during external and surveillance audits. -Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to ensure that quality requirements are identified and addressed.

What You Bring

-Proven knowledge of quality management systems and construction QA/QC procedures. -Proficiency in database management and report preparation. -Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. -Strong organizational and time-management skills. -Attention to detail and ability to work independently. -Strong experience in internal and external auditing (ISO 9001:2015). -Eligible for CRPEP registration in Bahrain. -Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, preferably in the construction industry. -Excellent communication and coordination skills. -Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
