-Knowledge of building supplies, construction materials, or related industries -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience -Proficiency in sales strategy development and execution, including the ability to achieve sales and revenue targets -Experience in customer relationship management and delivering superior customer service -Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team to meet business goals -Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment -Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage inventory and oversee branch operations -Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with customers, suppliers, and team members
