Support marketing & business development, handling CRM, proposals, research, and events.

Tasks
-Assist with PowerPoint presentations for Interviews, internal training meetings, etc. -Maintain daily quality control on lead sources ensuring the right opportunities are coordinated with the Business Unit Leadership. -Generate reports, dashboards and analytics to track key performance indicators. -Support proposal effort by working with the project team to develop project-specific write-ups per solicitation requirements. -Coordinate deliverables in accordance with solicitation requirements i.e. reference forms, bid bonds, surety letters, etc. -Attend pre-submittal meetings (when necessary). -Create, edit, and maintain project sheets, personnel resumes, and boilerplate narratives and content. -Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and build relationships with existing clients. -Participate in weekly marketing and business development meetings. -Work with teams to apply lessons learned and improve quality of proposals. -Ensure timely response to meet solicitation deadlines. -Prepare agendas and maintain meeting minutes for marketing and business development meetings. -Collaborate with Corporate to establish Cosential Best Practices to ensure consistency in application usage and data gathering. -Coordinate with the project team to generate project feature sheets and final photography of completed projects. -Coordinate with executive leadership & management to ensure opportunities are entered, tracked, and reported timely and accurately in Cosential and educate staff of program usage when necessary. -Participate in proposal review with project team ensuring content completeness, compliance with solicitation requirements, and accuracy of information. -Maintain project directory of all previous and current projects containing information generally requested per solicitation requirements with the goal of Cosential being the ultimate repository for information. -Research the customer to understand their environment, politics, limitations, hot points and other factors that will translate to a winning response. -Stay up to date with RFP deliverables and interviews to maintain consistent debriefs with customers and data input into CRM. -Monitor and download RFQ/RFP releases through various procurement sites. -Assist with research and content development for website, newsletter and social media channels. -Regularly review information to ensure data integrity and accuracy. -Assist in preparing for events such as scheduling and gathering promotional materials. -Build rapport and positive relationships both internally and externally. -Research and identify potential clients and partners within the construction industry. -Assist with and attend events inclusive of groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, community outreach, etc. as necessary. -Assist with and maintain photography library including project and personnel photos. -Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, proposals, and presentations that effectively communicate our company's value proposition to potential clients. -Assist in development and application of overall strategy compliant with solicitation requirements that is consistent with Corporate objectives/policies/vision -Import and export data as needed. -Maintain the CRM which includes data entry for the Idaho Falls Office. This includes data such as potential opportunities, information on potential clients, events, and status updates, -Print, bind, and distribute brochures, SOQ’s, bid proposals and other materials requested by Business Development, Estimating and other departments. -Participate in proposal preparation process ensuring a top quality, competitive and winning response to RFP’s and related documents.

What You Bring
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. -Comfortable with making outbound phone calls to warm and cold leads. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals. -Work well in a team environment -Proficient in Cosential (preferred) -Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite of products -Proficient in InDesign (preferred) -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Thoroughness and attention to detail -Ability to work on multiple projects on tight deadlines. -Experience with sales and marketing techniques, including lead generation and proposal writing. -Great analytical and financial skills -Industry knowledge and aware of current market conditions -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). -Excellent customer service skills -High level of ethics and confidentiality -Able to be creative and think though various issues and develop business solutions -Good time management and organizations skills -Familiarity with construction industry terminology, practices, and regulations. -Proficient in Microsoft Office
