Tasks

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at our busy manufacturing site. You’ll take charge of keeping our machinery and facilities running smoothly, driving preventative maintenance, and leading a small team of skilled technicians. -Lead & motivate the maintenance team -Drive preventative maintenance to reduce downtime -Ensure compliance with H&S and regulatory standards -Keep machines & facilities in top condition

What You Bring

-Managerial experience with a “hands-on” approach -Proactive problem-solver with a safety-first mindset -Knowledge of heating systems, CNC machinery, extraction systems, and sprinkler systems -5+ years’ maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environment -Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical & hydraulic systems -Troubleshoot & resolve breakdowns fast
