Tasks

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stores, and contractors. -Prepare reports and correspondence as required. -Field technical product calls and provide guidance to stores and contractors. -Pass leads to Account Managers and support the sales process as needed. -Visit contractors and retail locations according to the proposal schedule. -Assist stores and contractors in generating project material lists. -Promote new products and services to generate new business leads. -Generate leads through the store Special Orders program. -Lead Product Knowledge (PK) events at retail locations and in the field.
