Tasks

-Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements -Responsible for defining and executing governance framework and controls around platform architecture and development best practices -Define, at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with the business problems and ServiceNow implementation best practices -Monitor engineers work, and own overall quality and delivery of development; may perform a portion of development that cannot be delegated -Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for the ServiceNow Corporate platform and as the face of the engineering team -Creation of script-based assignment and approval rules, custom-related lists, access control list, UI policy, and client script -Manage all aspects of application development, including design, coding, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting systems, query optimization, and report-writing

What You Bring

-Experience with ServiceNow ITSM products -Adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment -Proven experience on ServiceNow Platform with an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture -Experience with IT systems and technology platforms -Strong scripting skills in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc. -Knowledge of ITIL V3 and V4 processes and hands-on with ITIL process implementation -Proven ability to consult as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions -Proficient in: ITSM and ITOM -7+ years experience in application development at a SaaS, PaaS, or Enterprise software development company preferred -Experience with documentation software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, MIro, Lucid Chart) -ServiceNow Certified System Administrator -Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems preferred or demonstrated work experience -Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology -Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS, -Experience working in Agile scrum methodology of delivery -Experience with implementing integrations with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Discovery and Core module (Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, ESS) -Knowledge of ITIL, minimum Foundation and/or CSDM, Common Service Data Model. -Experience with ServiceNow for custom application design and development
