-Strong commitment to health & safety and following RAMS/briefings -Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple welfare setups across a wide geographical area -Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to travel frequently -Proactive, collaborative approach to site setup and logistics -Clear communicator who liaises effectively with site managers, electricians and ops teams -Team performance to specification and work instructions
