Senior Accounting Support handling expenses, fixed assets, intercompany invoices, and month‑end tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Maintain fixed asset register, including additions, disposals and depreciation schedules. -Prepare and Posting of Intercompany invoices. -Review and process employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner, ensure all claims are supported by appropriate documentations and comply with company policies. -Types, files, and posts ledger and general journal entries. -Checks and verifies cost accounting and accounts payable records. -Communicate with employees to clarify discrepancies or missing information in claims. -Assist with journal entries, account reconciliation and month-end closing activities. -Maintain accurate records of all processed claims for audit and reporting purposes. -Posting of cash/bank receipt and perform bank reconciliation.

What You Bring

-Good communication and interpersonal skills. -Diploma or Finance Certificate with at least 2-3 years experiences in a similar role is preferred. -Prior experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) is preferred. -Positive attitude, meticulous and analytical. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
