Tasks

-Conduct web-based research of prospects -Become knowledgeable on Savills services -Provide real estate services and transactional support for clients -Make prospecting phone calls to potential clients -Engage with industry, professional and charitable associations to build relationships -Establish and maintain database for tracking prospects in CRM -Develop sales strategies and follow-up materials -Learn the intricacies of the SLC real estate market as well as markets nationally

This is an extremely competitive industry, and this position requires a candidate who is intelligent, assertive, and action-oriented, seizes opportunities when they arise and learns quickly. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, organizational and communication skills – to both sell and deliver real estate services. This position offers lots of growth potential and a career with very high earning potential. -Strong personal initiative and desire to succeed in a demanding, entrepreneurial environment -Utah real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90-days of being hired -Two to five years related work experience preferred (in sales or real estate) -Ability to multi-task effectively, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines -Bachelor’s Degree required -Ability to work well individually and in a collaborative team environment -High level of excellence in both written and verbal communication, with exceptional attention to detail -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
