Tasks

ServicePoint IT is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects. This role involves supporting all stages of project planning, execution, and reporting, while ensuring project goals are met on time and within scope. -Contribute to the preparation of project reports and presentations for senior management. -Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule. -Assist with risk management, including identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. -Assist Project Managers in the planning and execution of IT projects. -Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project needs are addressed. -Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and assist in resolving issues. -Maintain project documentation, including schedules, action items, and status reports. -Work on a high-impact, long-term project with a team that values efficiency, safety, and quality. -Help track and manage project budgets, resources, and timelines. -Coordinate project timelines, resources, and communications between stakeholders. -Organize and attend project meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to work closely with the Project Managers and our Project team in Boise, ID. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. -Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. -Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). -Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development processes. -Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies. -2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an IT environment. -Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar). -Experience working on large commercial projects. -Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or working towards it. -Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
