Supervisor

Overview

Supervises building maintenance operatives, safety, KPIs and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Manage operative performance/ Productivity to achieve KPI’s. -Diary monitoring for correct allocation of skills and time frame -Undertake interviews for new operatives/ liaise Mears recruitment. -Manage Direct Labour Operatives H.R. issues with assistance from Mears H.R. department. -Subcontractor management, ensuring targets and quality are met. -Produce Scope of works where not supplied / Variations. -Respond to internal and external queries in timely manner. -Assess completed orders (desktop) ensuring sufficient photographic evidence and notes to support commercial invoicing. -Pre-start, Mid, and Post work inspections. -Manage site health and safety through site packs, inspections, and monthly compliance. -Attend client meetings as required. -Manage fleet for assigned Direct Labour Operatives.
