Tasks

We do that with data, design, technology, and above all, the passion of our people while delivering value to our shareholders. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Leadership, to align facility operations with business needs. -Manage emergency preparedness plans, including fire safety and evacuation procedures. -Oversee the maintenance, safety, and upkeep of all office spaces -Ensure compliance with local laws, regulatory standards, and safety requirements -Manage vendor contracts, ensuring service quality, timely delivery, and SLA adherence -Manage daily administrative functions, including travel arrangements, security, transport, and housekeeping -Develop and implement facility management policies for space planning, seating arrangements, and asset management -Plan and coordinate office events, employee engagement activities, and wellness programs -Manage relationships with vendors, property managers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations -Handle office supplies, utility management, and general services to ensure seamless operation. -Implement and oversee security protocols to ensure employee safety and asset protection.

What You Bring

-Experience in managing multi-location offices with a focus on efficiency and cost control -Effective communication and stakeholder management skills -Strong knowledge of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and compliance standards -8+ years of experience in Facilities, Administration, or Workplace Management. -Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team management -Excellent organizational and crisis management abilities
