Overview

Execute medium voltage switchgear service, troubleshooting and customer support onsite

Tasks

-Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points. -Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future. -Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products. -Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.

What You Bring

-You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Servicing, Troubleshooting, After Sales Customer Support, Other Site Issue, Including Erection, Testing and commissioning of MV Products 11 KV to 33 KV - Switchgear / RMU / Circuit Breaker -Degree or Diploma in Electrical engineering (should be full-time) -You are immersed in site service function in switchgear business -You are at ease communicating in English
