What You Bring

-Experience using AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey is required, and proficiency with Quickbase to log job statuses is a plus -A valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is required, with multiple state licensures being a plus -A proven track record of managing survey crews -A proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating new revenue. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and the ability to take direction and grow with the company -Field and office experience in land surveying is essential, and attention to detail is a must
