Create and revise residential construction blueprints using Revit.

Tasks

-Revise residential construction blueprints to reflect plan revisions and monthly changes -Analyze and submit new plan, elevation, and option drawings to the Vice President of Production -Liaise with the Estimating Department to ensure alignment of estimating and production best practices -Complete special projects as requested -Produce a Bill of Materials used to estimate material takeoffs -Produce and document residential construction blueprints for plans, elevations, and options to meet daily deadlines

What You Bring

-Requires at least 2 years of drafting experience -Organizational Skills -High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred -The ability to read and interpret blueprints -Complete lot fits as requested -Time Management -Attention to Detail -Demonstrated computer skills including advanced knowledge of AutoDesk Revit and a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. AutoCAD/AutoCAD Architecture is a plus
