

Premier mechanical construction & facilities services provider for commercial and industrial systems.
Stay current with VDC technology trends and software updates (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure models reflect design intent and field conditions.
Assist in implementing and maintaining VDC standards and workflows across projects.
Support clash detection efforts and help resolve coordination issues with trade partners.
Generate and maintain drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents from models.
Provide VDC support during preconstruction, fabrication, and installation phases.
Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models of mechanical, plumbing, and other building systems.
Assist project teams with model setup, updates, and coordination tasks.
Solid communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Eagerness to learn, problem-solve, and grow within VDC and construction technology.
Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
0-2 years of relevant experience in construction, BIM/VDC, or drafting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
